 Essential Criteria:
Field Managers
  • EOD Level 3 qualifications and experience of working in EOD/SALW/mine clearance operations in developing countries
Logistics Managers
  • Experience of working overseas in international aid or development including expertise in logistics, human resources, financial and administrative systems
Mechanics
  • Experienced vehicle or agricultural mechanics required to maintain and repair mechanical mine clearance flail machines, 4 x 4 vehicles and other heavy plant equipment
MRE Trainers/Managers
  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in mine risk education and familiarity with mine clearance and IMAS standards
Counter Improvised Explosive Device (CIED) Trainers
  • Minimum IMAS EOD Level 4 qualification from an internationally recognised military establishment and experience of working in CIED operations
Canine Project Managers/Kennel Masters
  • Minimum 2 years experience working as a Project Manager/Kennel Master in an international environment. Relevant canine handling certification in either EDD, MDD and PEDD from a certified organisation. Ability to compile training programmes and carry out assessments is essential.
Dog Handlers
  • Minimum 1 years experience working as an EDD, MDD or PEDD handler in an international environment. Must have relevant canine handling certification from a certified training organisation. Ability to work in a team environment with limited supervision is essential.
